Top detox tip – drink lots of water and green tea.
My top tip is an oldie but a goodie, drink lots of water to flush all the bad stuff out. I have to work really hard at this as I hate the taste of water!
My Detox: I go for a 20 minute run , come back and treat myself to a Twinnings camomile tea (which is LOVELY) , eat healthy throughout the day and watch Keeping Up with the Kardashianson E! in the evening! Before I go to bed, make sure I’m make up free to wake up to glowy skin
Eat every three hours clean, light food. No frying, sugar, or carbs. And drink lots of water!
PS: couldnt stop at just one!
My top detox tip would be to treat your body like a machine! Whatever you put into it, you will get out of it. If you eat rubbish, and drink excess fizzy drinks and alcohol it will play havoc on your body and skin.
Drink lots of water to cleanse your body from the outside and then cleanse your skin with a water based cleanser to get your detox glow.
Daily supplements mean that you are topping up your levels of necessary beautifying nutrients to become radiant!
Organic Pharmacy Detox capsules for a ten day detox
Try to do one day a week where you only take in fluids, not coke lol but pure juices and water only. It has been proven to slow the ageing process in your body and makes you feel amazing.
Heelllooo there!!!
My tip for a detox would have to be: GET YOURSELF OUTSIDE!! Yes it may be cold, yes it may be dark, but trust me, being outside refreshes you more than anything, it makes the blood pump around your body and also it makes you feel rather smug!!
Also, it may, just may, prevent you getting a cold from all that central heating!!!!
hehe xoxoxoxo
Plenty of sleep! At least 8 hours cut out caffeine and eat fresh fruit and vegetables= lots more energy and clearer skin
water, water and more water!
Water, water and more water. No alcohol and plenty of vegetables.
lots of sleep, water and Red grape Juice!
Drink lots of water eat unprocessed foods, no alcohol and pamper your body from the outside too by exfoliating and moisturising to make you feel instantly better!
My detox tip is white Tea and I swap my normal brew for it when my jeans are a bit snug. Like Green tea it’s packed to the brim with lovely antioxidants it speeds up your metabolism to beat the xmas bulge! Leave the bag in for maximum calorie burn! xxx
My top detox tips would be firstly for the body by working from inside so drink lots of H2O & try eating healthily for at least 10 days for a proper detox & the pounds drop off too!!
For skin – a good exfoliater & a deep cleansing mask…personally I use Exfo-Brusher wash which comes with a brush & leaves you face feeling tingly & fresh after use.
For a mask I use Temple Spa ‘Purification’ which really sinks down into your pores & gets rid of any blemishs you might have.
A GOOD MOISTURISER…there is no law in beauty so everyone has there own favourite, but mine has to be good old Astral..Joanna Lumley swears by it & it’s about £4 a pot!! It’s quite thick & rich but perfect for dry skin AND it can also be used on the body too!!
Hope these tips helped! Thanks, Hanna xo

Borrowed this from @fabtips on Twitter, but it’s a great one. Soak in a bath of Epsom Salts to draw away excess fluid and impurities that cause bloating,
again drinks lots of water and kick off the Caffeine for a bit or at least cut down
Cut down on caffeine, alcohol and nicotine!!!
Cutting down slowly, rather than cutting out stimulants altogether, is a more effective way to maintain a detox regime, claim naturopaths. Cutting down your caffeine intake for example, or making it weaker than normal, will stop you suffering from severe symptoms such as headaches often associated with extreme detoxes.
For alcohol, limit yourself to one glass of wine a night and if you are a smoker, cut down to a few before cutting out nicotine altogether.
I always try and drink lots of water and pure fruit juice. Hot water and lemon is nice too!
drinking lots of water and having a salt bath
Very effective is every morning take half lemon into one cup of water before all food
In same time few cups of green tee everyday very helps too instead of coffee
@Aleganta on tweeter
Lots and lots of water, fresh fruit and vegetables, for two days- you will feel fantastic. Don’t forget if you are cutting out caffeine, you will get really bad headaches, but persevere , it’s worth it- Use decaf tea, and coffee, and drinks with no caffeine.
My Tip would be drink lots lots lots of water! It makes your skin radiant, your hair shiny and keeps you from oversnacking!
drinking lots and lots of water
Drink some green tea with a slice lemon for a nice detox, then slap on a face mask for a deep cleanse!
My detox tips, firstly set yourself a realistic goal that fits around your life, this way your more likely to achieve it.
Drinks lots of water

Swap Green Tea for regular Tea – Just makes you feel more healthy!!
My best detox tip is to drink plenty of herbal tea. You can get herbal infusions for all different things. Try a tea with ‘Milk Thistle’ to flush the toxins away x
old style and simple but often the most effective, plenty of water, cut out processed carbs and things with false sweeteners in, i love my diet coke but notice a huge difference in my skin and appetite when i cut out stuff that has the sweetener in. Its also the time to undertake intensive skincare while your body pumps all the rubbish out your systems so i do a face mask every other day and add a facial oil into the routine.
Drink half a cup of lukewarm water everyday… boil the kettle pour and let it cool and drink.. my gran did this everyday all her life she had amazing skin i don’t think i ever seen her with a blemish, everyone used to comment on how great her skin was xoxox
I always drink a pint of water before bed and make sure I have a bottle to hand through the day as I find I’m more likely to drink it than if I have a glass!! I also make sure I eat plenty of fruit and veg either as a snack or as a smoothie as I find I’m more likely to drink a nice fruit smoothie than eat a fruit salad!!
A facial steam. It’s so simple! I try to have a steam every week- it’s good not only for your skin but also for your throat and vocal cords and to clear your nose. Then, when I wash my face every morning, I get my flannel soaked in hot water then dab it on my face to open my pores before using my face wash. A very quick way to detox; you can see results in a few days!
Drinking plenty of water is the obvious detox tip, but I also cut out wheat, dairy, sugary snacks and drinks, caffeine and alcohol (I cut down more than abstain from alcohol!). Dull, possibly, but combined with some form of fitness regime, I always feel great when I’ve done it!
This one’s an old one passed down from my mother but is fantastic and so simple!
Most mornings I squeeze half a lemon into a mug of boiling water, sometimes when I’m under the weather I add a cheeky spoon of manuka honey which helps with winter coughs.
Lemons are a natural disinfectant which makes it the ultimate detox remedy, Packed with vitamin C, they also aid weight loss so is perfect to drink with meals as well. The fresh citrus scent of the lemon really uplifts my mood at this time of year too ^_^
The obvious one is water. Also at this time of year take advantage of any sunny days and get out for a brisk walk.
I boost my usual ‘drink lots of water’ routine with LEMON JUICE! In the morning and throughout the day. Additionally I combine it with a weekly vist in the SAUNA!
My top tip is hot water with a slice of lemon every morning as soon as you get up
Eat No red meat only fish or chicken protein, and only once a day, steamed or poached with as great a variety of vegetables as possible raw or lightly steamed to retain vital enzymes.
Simple & obvious but just make sure you drink plenty of water & get 8 hours sleep! Cheap & easy but works wonders x
Lots of water & plenty of sleep – I see that other people have said the same, so it must be a good tip!!
Cut out all alcohol
drink 1ltr water a day
swap tea for green tea
Have a regular brisk walk in the fresh air (not treadmill)
Smile
Top detox tip is to drink loads of water, cut white bread to brown bread, always have a weekly spa at home day with cucumber on your eyes to revitalise them
Drink a hot lemon first thing every morning!!
Make one change at a time! It’s easier to keep it up. I’m going to increase my intake of water and lower my caffeine and alcohol.
Good fats – avocado and any type of nuts will give you essential nutrients for brain function and you have to have a healthy brain before you can have a healthy body! They will also do wonders for nails, skin and hair and make you feel calmer after the stresses of the festive season.
Top detox tip,is just to drink lots of water and eat apples. Week of doing that and the results are fab.x
Top tip is to drink loads of water and get lots of sleep

Hot Water with sliced lemon as a substitute for tea/coffee. The Hot water alone is beneficial as it purifies toxins out of our bodies by making you sweat. Adding some lemon in the mix works as a combat of a number of health issues such as constipation and nausea.
My top detox tip would be to drink some sort of herbal tea (if you find herbal teas a bit tasteless try the pukka vanilla chai tea, it tastes amazing!) and also get good sleep. I tend to have a relaxing bath and a bit of a pamper and find I get to sleep really well after that and wake up feeling really refreshed and feeling great.
Every morning before I have brealfast, I drink a glass with the juice of 1/2 a lemon topped up with hot water – helps my liver and my skin looks better too. Bit of an acquired taste but definitely worth it.
My detox tip is drink plenty of green tea & any detox teas to flush out all the toxins in the body and keep the body and mind stimulated! Lots of exercise, fresh air and keep busy not to snack! (no chocs) x
Drink lots of water and get some early nights!
A simple tip to help the average person detox is to replace every drink with water or water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a week (obviously while eating sensibly). Even if you don’t change what you eat, the amount of sugar, caffeine and other junk you can cut out simply by modifying what you drink is huge, plus it’s simple and very inexpensive xxx
I ditch the processed food and have lots of water.
For my skin I steam my face using a hot muslin cloth and put on a clay mask. I try to keep my skincare routine natural and simple.
Green Tea and Plently of Water followed with a healthy amount of sleep and a good skincare routine!
I start my day with a cleansing mug of hot water with ¼ squeezed lemon, slice of root ginger and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Raw fruit and veg for one week with lots of water whenever I start to feel sluggish. Carrot, cucumber, tomato, fennel, cabbage, peppers, radish, celery, mangetout, gem lettuce, oranges, bananas, pineapple, berries, lemon juice, any green herbs and I also add pumpkin seeds. Loads of different combos or just eaten on it’s own. Freshly squeezed juices are great too, especially with beetroot – love love!
Drink at least 6 glasses of water or green tea every day. Also lots of fruit every couple of hours, don’t leave more than 2 hours between (healthy) snacks and meals – you wont feel so hungry then.
Detoxing is a load ot rubbish. The body is perfectly capable of getting rid of most chemicals. Only drug addicts or people who have been poisoned really detox. Cut down on alcohol, drink plenty (non-alcoholic) fluids and eat a healthy balanced diet (which includes chocolate
) and you will feel better.
Start the day with hot water, honey, lemon and ginger to help cleanse your liver and kidneys. X
Take all the chocolate boxes, Celebrations, Quality Street etc to work – gets them out of the house, away from temptation and you then have happy colleagues! Also, drink lots of water, cordial in it also helps if you don’t like water.
My detox diet tips includes the following:
Always cutting down on soft drinks such as coke etc and of course junk food, I always like to stay healthy and once in a while make green smoothies which also tastes super yummy using all green fruits and vegetables to create a healthy detox. Here is what I usually use which are all sources of healthy antioxidant:
Water, Kiwi, Green Apples, Spinach, Lemon, Green tea (optional or water), celery, Gem Lettuce, Banana, Grapes and Pears. Combine this in a smoothie maker and its tastes yummy!!Very Healthy and believe me this works wonders.:)

My tip (which worked wonders on New Years Day 2013) is a warm shower, two cups of tea, two pints of water, scrambled eggs on an english muffin, a long brisk stroll round Clapham Common, a massive burger, beetroot and carrot juice and some salty chips. Then a lazy afternoon film watching followed by an early night. Spot on!
The main thing with detox is dermination and willpower ! If you are prepared to eat broccoli, cabbages, cauliflower and brussel sprouts – and fruits such as berries, apricots, papayas, red grapes and melons then you will have a successful detox! . -with Virgin Coconut Oil__this is done by taking 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil every 2 hours. Up to 10 to 12 tablespoons per day.
What I drink for the whole day is just lemonade with some rock salt. And I do this for 4-5 days straight. And I’m done!
I think the most important thing to do is to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a beggar! Breakfast is the most important meal – it fuels your day. Drinking a cup of hot(ish) water with lemon before eating will give you a great start and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
